Purple Seamoss

This batch of wild crafted purple seamoss comes from the sea of Jamaica and contains 92 minerals that our body needs such as zinc, iodine, iron, calcium, potassium, B-complex vitamins, sodium, sulfur, and silicon. It also contains selenium, phosphorus, manganese and vitamins A, E, C, G and K. It’s very high in fiber so it serves as a mild laxative and may assist in strengthening the connective tissues and joints. May helps with  inflammation, respiratory, mucous, thyroid, infections and congestion.  Assists with various health issues such as lung disorders, thyroid malfunctions (hypo and hyper), anemia,  low immunity level, ulcers, bladder issues, intestinal disorders, tumors and glandular issues. SEAMOSS GEL INSTRUCTIONS

Rinse the seamoss thoroughly.

Soak for a few hours or overnight.

Rinse again. 

Place in blender, cover with water just enough to cover the seamoss. Blend until fully incorporated.  

Store in mason jar in refrigerator.  It will turn into a gel within a few hours . Use in smoothies, tea or any recipe. Can be used as a thickener.
